How do we protect your information? We do not use vulnerability scanning and/or scanning to PCI standards. We do collect credit card information, but did not know PCI compliant scans are now required. We use regular Malware Scanning. In addition, all sensitive/credit information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. We implement a variety of security measures when a user enters, submits, or accesses their information to maintain the safety of your personal information. All transactions are processed through a gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers.
Third-party disclosure: We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your Personally Identifiable Information. The Family On Three Foundation, Inc. will make an effort to promote the activities, achievements, and the work of our staff and students, as well as the philosophy and vision of the organization. This includes our website, social media presence and promotional materials such as brochures and fliers. There will be opportunities for various students to be interviewed and/or photographed and identified by name in the media and publications described above. IN NO CASE will we allow an outside organization, individual, or media group to contact students directly or use student photos, names, interviews, or any student work without prior consent from the parent/guardian of the child. However, we understand that some parents may request that we do not identify their child(ren).
